I plan on changing my rock around this weekend. I am replacing with some new rock. GSP has spread way too much. I have about 7 bubble tips currents attached to the rock work. What is the best way to move them to the new rock?

praying off the anemone might kill the anemone so it's not a good idea. Some people have success with blowing a power head to the foot, in theory the anemone gets irritated and detaches.

I have just taken a knife and used the tip to gently pry the nem from the rock before, just go slow and the nem will slowly release.

I've heard that an ice cube on the foot will work as well, but it sounds like somehting that would stress them an awful lot. Do so at your own risk...

The credit card thing works, you just have to be really patient and careful. You could also try moving the rocks around and the powerheads. This should irritate them and cause them to move around, then they can be removed pretty easy
