Hi, my rainbow bubble tip anemone split today.
I was reading about it online and some people say it’s not got, that most of the time they are splitting because they are stressed?! Is that true? Thanks

Also I tried feeding them but they didn’t want to eat, is that normal as well?

I was feeding it everyday for 2-3 weeks

Splitting can be a result of good or bad. Good if your tank is stable and it’s not over fed. In your case, I would say you over fed and it stressed your anemone out. I feed mine once or twice a week. They split once every 3 months for me. I know my first split was stress related. I was away for 16 days. The rest was just normal feeding.

Ok thank you, I will slow down with feeding it

As BMW said, dont feed them every day. Once a week is plenty. You also should not try to feed them right after they split, let them heal for a week or so.
