Budget lighting?

Hello, I have a 20g long I'm currently cycling to become a nano reef. (once I have that under control, I want to turn it into a sump for a 75g I have sitting).

I want to keep some corals in this 20L but at the moment I have a bit of a budget.

For lighting, I'm between the following 3:
165w Viparspectra
165w Mars aqua
Sb 18" sbox basic

I ran a mars aqua in my 25 cube for 2.5 years.
Good light for the price.
I ran 20% white 60% blue.

Id pick the sbreef simply because they have a 2 year warranty.
And support that you can call in case theres an issue.
