Hoping someone can id this and tell me if it’s A. Causing the damage to my acros?

B. How to kill them ?

Tried a treatment of milbemax and appears to provide short term relief, however marks quickly return… stronger dose maybe ?

I don't know a lot about them but maybe Acropora Black Bugs. It's a good possibility that they're eating your Acropora.
