Hi Everyone!
I was debating whether to start up a build thread - although my aquarium has already been set up and running for 6 months - so i decided to start one!
Tank : 15 gallon
Equipment : standard stock skimmer (Fluval ps1 i think)
standard return pump
standard wavemaker
also standard heater - how many times have i already said standard? ;)
standard light - probably going to upgrade eventually

Did i mention i have a pretty bad problem with dino's:eek:
going to try to treat next week : with fauna marine dino x and dr tims waste away ( i will be doing both in conjunction with no water changes for 2 weeks and a week blackout period.
I am also going to setup a mini fuge to help with nutrients.
I also have a clownfish pair and a firefish.
I would like an emerald crab and cleaner shrimp but dont know if it is possible.

Ih no. Huge water change, addition of liquid bacteria and some carbon such as chemipure

Also is a fuge a good idea?Should i add pods?

I think i am going to try cyano treatment now because the red in the sand has no bubbles underneath and does not disperse at night like dino had.Not sure if i had dino's and cyano?
I'm now super confused...;Hilarious

Hello everyone!
Is it worth treating cyano now?
The cyano is certainly weakened and now is in only one patch of the tank in a corner
Thanks

An update:
A powercut occurred at 3 in the morning and the next day I came down to my firefish upside down on the sandbed. The Ammonia had skyrocketed to 30.
My clownfish pair held up.
Man, that sucks.
Clowns are really hardy, they can tolerate some pretty bad stuff.

sorry about your filefish.
