bulb help

ok got my 8 bulb tek fixure today i am running six atinic bulbs and 2 12,oook bulbs is this going to be alright for lps how many sun light bulbs should i run?

Wow,that's a lot of blue light! I run half actinic and half "sun", which is more blue light than most folks run IMO. I'm thinkin' you'll want a little more white light, although I'm not sure how necessary it is for the health of LPS corals.

Yeah that should be fine. It all depends on your preference. Most LPS I have dealt with require very little light, and actually tend to look better in low light environments.
