Hello y’all just got this small clownfish yesterday and the bigger white one seems to be bullying HIm or maybe just showing it’s dominance? You can’t not really tell by the picture however when the smaller one approaches it, it large one nibs it away

Issues like this aren't uncommon and it's probably worse when not watching. Is the new fish being allowed to eat? Being chased? Showing signs of damage? If this get worse, put the larger one in an acclimation box inside the tank for a couple weeks.

This is known as clownfish hierarchy . Clowns themselves are territorial and the larger often is a female and typical aggressor and at feeding will often become greedy and try to eat most of the food that enters the tank (which is one reason the males don't grow as large). They often become aggressive to protect their home which may be an anemone, a nesting area, or the entire tank. If it attacks your hand when you're trying to clean the glass or it won't let any other fish near its zone, you likely have a female clown. Often if you separate the female for a week or two into an acclimation box or sump, there may be a change in her behavior, and you will quickly see the male come out in the open
