Not sure what this bubble or bump is on my firefish’s spike. The fish is swimming fine, eating fine and acting normal. No issues with water parameters. Everything is within normal limits. All other fish are fine 32 gallon bio cube with two clown fish, a lawnmower blenny, a firefish, and cleanup crew. Any insight would be appreciated.

It looks a bit like lymphocystis. I would watch it in case it's worsening - in the meantime - feeding good food, etc - is important (i.e. water quality). And a very nice fish. Lymphocystis is viral - no real treatment. Did you happen to QT IT - or did the store from which you bought it?

Probably superficial. There is a potential issue where gas supersaturation can develop, causing air bubbles to show up in the fish's fins. The cause for that is typically a leak on the suction side of a pump, causing air to be forced under pressure into the water. I doubt that is it, as other fish would be showing symptoms.
