Bump on RG

Hi my RG has had this white bump for 3 weeks since I got him. He stays out, eats seems fine but yesterday I noticed he was flashing in the sand on the right side where this bump is. U may also see some white on the yellow tail im assuming its a scrape from diving into sand. Doesn't look like ich wasn't there before he started diving. There's a whitish lump under the fish this is the best pics I can get, any idea?

Parameters are spot on.

Last time i had a white—ish cottony like spot on a fish it was a bacterial infection and i pulled it to QT for treatment.

Im curious what @vetteguy53081 thinks.

This looks to be rectal proplapse but could be slight infection at anal area. What foods are you feeding?
If eating, offer only Brine shrimp for now

Its on his left side, it may be what u said i think if it was a parasite it wouldn't last 3 weeks. He gets flakes and mysis shrimp with garlic atm. , the tail doesn't look like flukes or anything does it? Probably just from scraping?

Tail may be a fin ray issue. Add brine shrimp to diet, even LRS fish frenzy

This looks to be an isopod which would be dislodged with a freshwater dip of 5 mins, same temperature as display tank

I seen a little white spot on his head too, he dived into sand and it fell off, hes gonna be a pain to catch
