Bumps on blue throat?

I just added a blue throat and hes got some bumps on left side only. The dots corespond with where the dots would be on his pattern. I assume he just scraped a rock or aomething? It would be to wild for ich or anything to completely correspond with dots on side right?

Yes, mine wedge themselves in the rocks at night to sleep so they get a little roughed up.
