Burnt Tips Leave Alone or Snip

What do other reefers do if the tips of sps frags or small colonies get burned? Do you snip off the dead material or just be patient and hope it will regrow?

Leave them, not so bad, may recover

I leave them be unless they get overgrown with algae

Snip them, but wait until the coral is healthy... like new growth or encrusting.
