purchased a used apex salinity probe from him. i asked if it was the BNC connector and he said yes it was. he was very persistant in trying to get the "sale". we finally agreed on a price and then he said to send it via paypal friends and fam...i knew it sounded fishy but i was busy at work and he kept messaging me every minute asking if i was still interested. well a few days later i received the package and behold its the ps/2 connector and not the bnc. i have no use for it since my ghl controller uses the bnc. i immediately msgd him and never heard back and i left a reply on his thread and and hour later he closed it.

so BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

that really does suck. hate when some can't do the right thing. hopefully you can get paypal to dispute the transaction since it wasn't what he advertised and they will put a hold on his account I think. worth a shot.

Whenever anyone asks for friends n family, I add the 3% myself. It's worth it to protect yourself against shady people.

Have been suspicious of that seller for a long time, if you look into his history he has posted the exact same apex stuff for the past 8 or so months. unfortunate to see my suspicions confirmed. Hopefully you can get something back from it. Things like this ruin people's faith in purchasing on forums.
