I just woke up and the tank is all cloudy. I think it's going sexual but idk. Sorry about the fuzzy pics, the tank is very cloudy.

I think you are correct.
 
Just prune the caulerpa way back, add some filter floss and it will clear up in a day or so. Mostly likely the caulerpa will rebound as well. C prolifera needs constant pruning to keep it from going sexual or 24/7 lighting.
