Ca and ALK rising even though DOS is turned off

Hi all! I need help. I have a Waterbox 100.3 that has running for a year and a half I struggle with sps just not ever succeeding and taking off. My latest problem is that my Ca and alk are continuing to rise even though I have not dosed anything in a week.

Salinity 36.... calibrated Milwaukee refractometer.

The MG bump is the only thing that makes sense. I did add some due to it being lower

PO4 .08
NO3 5
I do dose 5ml nopox a day to help keep in line.

my ph spike is due to us finally being able to open windows here in the Seattle area. Wild fire smoke has been terrible.

I am done adding any hard corals until the ones I have start growing again. I do not have any algae issues. Just have to clean glass every few days.
I should note my lighting is 2XR 15s g4 pro running AB+ @ 45%. I really need a par meter because I always question my intensity. Is it too high or low???

All this is uncertainty is killing me! Any ideas will be great. I really want to figure this out. I thought I would have a pretty successful reef by now! If I am leaving any helpful info out let me know! Thank you all!
