I was planning on pulling the trigger on this one but, i cant find one answer that im curious about. Just how long does the collection cup take to fill (full)? My tank is a nuvo40 not always home and sometimes leave for a week. So.. Yeah. Thanks in advance

I have one on a much smaller Nuvo 16 tank, and it takes about a week and a half to fill the cup with dark skim. You will have a much higher bioload than me due to the larger tank, so i'd assume it would take even longer for you. Of course, this all depends on how wet/dry you decide to skim.

Don't higher bioload means i'll get my cup full faster?

A higher bioload means more nutrients/fish poop for the skimer to break down. It will fill up much faster. You may need to empty it within a week for sure or you could drill a hole into the collection cup, put some airline tubing in the hole that leads to a collection bottle. That would last you a few weeks easily.
