Cade or Innovative Marine

I'm looking to order a larger aquarium within the next couple of weeks. Anyone know much about Cade tanks or Innovative marine tanks? I'm looking at the Cade 1200 sr and Innovative Marine 100 ext. Neither have a eurobrace, so rimless kind of scares me without a brace. The Cade is 12mm thick glass and IM is 15mm.

I'm open to other options, but so far these 2 tanks, their reputation, tank dimensions, and features seem to be the best fit for me and my space.

Both would be a solid choice. I own several of the smaller IM AIO tanks, and they are very good for sure. Both make a really great rimless tank, I would have no worries about the lack of Eurobracing on these tanks, they do just fine without it :)

I don't have experience with Cade or IM directly, but I can tell you that @ESHOPPS.INC Mariner seirse is a gorgeous tank AND one that you won't have to worry about. The 100 has 15mm glass AND bottom bracing! (their 130 is what I have, at 19mm - thick but beautiful glass!)

Yes. They're both just under 48".... like 47.2".

I love my ext 170. But it has a eurobrace and I wouldn't want a tank without one. The splashing, structural support, jump protection are all very important to me. Ide look at the ext 112 just to get the eurobrace. It also comes with a nice lid

I had a IM 75 EXT, and upgraded to the IM 170 EXT. They are a lot of bang for the buck, and well made.

I’ve got a Cade and love it. The stand is top notch. Very high quality, well thought out.

I have a Cade and love it. Came from a red sea. Would buy a cade in a heart beat again. I did modify my sump a bit though. That is where there is room for improvement, would be for them to have a removable filter sock chamber.
