So I'm starting to dose calcium and Alk using Reef fusion 1 and 2. I want my alk @10dkh and my calcium @450ppm. I already figured out my alk drops 1.0dkd a day so I'm dosing 3mls a day @.5mls. My question is with my calcium it drops 25ppm a day and to raise that back up to 450, it says I should dose 95mls of fusion 1.Does that sound correct? To me it seems like a lot to dose a day?

I checked it 3 days straight at the same time and it started at 450ppm then day 2 was at 425 and day 3 400. The alk started at 10 and by day 3 was 9.8. Im using a Hanna checker for my alk and salifert for calcium

I suspect the calcium drop is not real. It implies that the alk demand was far higher than you report. More than 3 dKH per day.

I'd start by dosing the matching amount of calcium for a week and see what happens. Reef Fusion is not properly designed for 1:1 dosing, but in this case, I'd pick the dose based on alk demand, use the same for calcium, then after a week, if calcium seems to still be falling, dose more of it each day.
