Hi
Could you give more info?
Do you have a peristaltic pump to pull or push water?
Bubbles per minute, internal rector ph, and effluent

i would set the reactor ph at 6.5 or whatever is recommended for your media, set your bubble count to .5-1bubble per second and effluent low like 1- 2 ml per minute and have it drain into a bucket to get it running for a few hours.

Test the output after its been running for a few hours.

once you have it running solid slowly adjust it to your tanks needs...

slow slow slow is the key.

starting with the top of the lid, those are the main chambers output. so my guess is your run both of those into the secondary chambers, one of the inputs on the grey pipe should be where you connect your incoming co2 line. the output line has to be from those 2 smaller chambers and leads back into the sump your peristatltic pump should be pulling water thru these. the top grey pipe input could be a bleed off, you proably just want to put a hose to it and valve it shut.
