Love your system. I think everything, Looks great. I don’t see any Aiptasia, at least not at first glance. Your clowns look good and the flow doesn’t look like too much. What setting is you mp 40 on? Your sand seems to be staying put so that’s a good indicator to me it’s not too much flow. I would suggest getting a lid. Captive raised clowns seem to like hanging at the top and they can jump when startled, especially after lights out. I like my d-d jumpguard pro. It looks nice but is easy to modify later down the line. Doesn’t cost a ton.
Everything looks really good.

MP40 was at 35% on reef crest but when I put my first mushrooms in I dropped it back to 10% to make sure I didn't upset them too much. I'm probably going to move the mushrooms somewhere else and move that back up to at least 25-30%.

My other problem with the higher flow is the duncan, but I think the light is also potentially too much for it now as well. It responds to feeding but has been very pulled back during lights on, and tends to extend at night.

I have the lid for my SR60 but does not fit 100% right now cause of the AI Orbit cable coming out. I'm going to just set it on there so they don't jump out.

I personally prefer the lagoon mode as I think it provides a more consistent/higher overall flow rate in the tank, but reef crest is fine too. I think 20-30percent is reasonable, but a little lower is also fine until you get a feel for what your corals like. I have a Duncan in high flow and high light and it’s thriving. I think they’re very adaptable though they often will close for a couple of days while they adapt to a spot. It’s not right at the surface and flow is going over it and not directly at it. I’ll snap a pic for reference of the Duncan for you of what’s working for me. I also don’t recommend moving them a lot. Once you pic a spot leave it there for at least a week to see if it’s going to adapt or not. Now if it looks like an emergency with bleaching or peeling that’s one thing, but if it’s just closed up definitely give it a few days. I don’t do soft corals so others can help you there!

I'll be patient with my duncan then :)

I let my impatience get to me and totally got some sticks from Tidal Gardens as well as the green slimer from my LFS you can see in some of the video shots. Seem to have good polyp extension so far. Now to keep them happy to get them growing. The top right when viewing is where I want some birdsnests and can't wait to place the two I picked up.

Looks almost like a BTA but potentially a Majano. Can you get a good picture of the mouth?

My only concern is it growing out and harming something in my tank. If it's worth keeping I'll absolutely get it into my wife's tank. Just don't want to give her a pest :)

I found another gorilla crab that I need to rehome in my tank. But we do have a total of 3 porcelain crabs that we've found as well so a good tradeoff in hitchhikers so far I'd say :)

Wife's rock came today too! Time will tell what fun ride alongs her rock has. There was a cool looking starfish but he was DOA sadly.

Thanks! See below for equipment list as it has updated a bit since the start

Tank: SR60
Return Pumps: Whatever came with the SR60 kit. I don't rememeber the names, sorry
Heaters: Helio 400W package with 2x 200W heaters
Powerheads: MP40 and AI Orbit 2
Lights: 2 XR15 G6 Blue
Tunze Eco Chic refegium light
Roller: IM roller Pro 2
ATO: Tunze osmiliator 3
Controller: Hydros X4 and XP8

The roller has been doing it's thing. I found that it somehow was getting bound up, I'm not sure exactly why but it has been easy enough to fix when it happens. I've made it a habit to manually advance it just a little bit and it hasn't happened since. I do have it on the lowest setting right now so that may have been part of it.

Happy to answer any questions you might have :)

That sounds like a sweet set up! That’s good to know about the roller. What size did you get? Also, do you have a refugium in there too? That’s sweet! What compartment do you have it in? Also, do you have another mechanical filter on the opposite side of the roller, or are you just using the roller for mechanical filtration
