Calibration Fluid Outage?

I made an order about a month ago (6/23/20) for some calibration fluid and a replacement fitting for the KH director and it still has yet to be shipped.. and I reached out to GHL about a week after my order (7/1/20) and they said it should ship within 2 weeks. I reached out to GHL again yesterday morning but haven't got a response yet. I've got my KH director just sitting around collecting dust because I can't set it up.. hopefully they can reply today and get it sent out, but is this normal for GHL? In the future should I expect to wait a month or more just to get in the parts we need to run their devices? I can try to plan way ahead, but if this is normal for them I'd probably rather just go with another controller where the parts are more readily available/accessible.

@Vinny@GHLUSA tagging them for awareness. Not normal but with COVID nothing is normal right now. Have you reached out to GHL and ask? Vinny is very good at answering these issues or determine what the problem is.

Yes, thank you. I reached out to them twice through their website contact page. I got that first response about 3 weeks ago, and the last time I reached out was just yesterday, so I haven't heard anything new yet.

At most I've waited 3 weeks when the shipment was coming from Germany but they shipped pretty fast and Vinny has always provided updates

We have not received any fluid related emails yesterday or today. Perhaps it was sent to the wrong email...
[email protected] is the correct email.

Nonetheless, we have a shipment arriving sometime today. Shipping will resume by Thursday. The covid situation has caused so many unforeseen delays that were out of our control; limited cargo space on flights, rescheduled flights, re-routes, delays at customs, etc. Couple that with the massive influx of orders and intermittent supply chain issues. There may a delay from time to time. As always we do our best to keep our customers updated on what's going on.

Thanks @Vinny@GHLUSA. It actually wasn't an email but through your online ticket system and I can see a response from Richard saying it should be shipping out tomorrow which is great. Appreciate the quick responses!

I still haven't received my order and according to your website it never was shipped. I'm also seeing a message on the website claiming that everyone went on summer vacation for two weeks.. Please at least tell me you were able to finally ship my order first.
