@Paul B what is your opinion on the flake food with 45% California blackworms? I like to supplement my main feeding, mostly LRS and sliced clams, with pellets and flakes from an auto feeder. I do feed live blackworms about once or twice a month if I’m at the LFS and they have them. I noticed California blackworms has a bunch of flake formulas they offer. Would ALL the benefits of live blackworms be lost in the flake manufacturing process? Thoughts?

As with any prepared foods all the goodness is lost in the process.
