Man this is awful, it's crazy to me how it's literally snowing outside my house and this is happening at the same time. Thank you for sharing for Cali people to see this

Here are some pictures of California outside of Temecula.

I walked all over and it was nice and green and got some cool pictures.

The reason it was green is there are sprinkler heads all over the hills. They are fed rain water from catch basins at the base of the hills. There are large concrete channels up into the hills to catch the water. I waked them too wondering what they where until I figured it out.
I also walked a new housing subdivison above here in the hills that had been abandoned unfinished. It had burned.

What a perversion of nature.

Nice photos.

People struggle with this one thinking man / woman can fix everything. Mother nature, God, or whatever you may or may not believe in does things for a reason and growth and life return 10 times better. What is also interesting that isn't covered on the news for other reasons is that we have been also seeing a lot of earthquakes the last week.

Very nice pics!
I'm about 45 minutes west of Temecula, but I used to spend a lot of time out that way and Lake Elsinore.
Normally by now it would be cooler, this seems a later than usual spell of Santa Ana high wind conditions and sadly it does not take much fire to be driven fast and far w/ those winds.
It's sad for many, but especially sad for those in Thousand Oaks area after the recent tragedy, and now this on top of it.
I'm looking forward to some rain, we sure need it soon.

It's sad to hear about these fires in California :( Socal used to be my home town.

From my understanding and of course what I read on the internet is 95% of these fires are caused by people.
