I have a buddy who has decided he wants to get his first SW tank, he has asked me to help him set it up and so I am looking for a tank, stand and canopy to begin with.

I am looking for a 120 gallon tank 4ft by 2ft by2ft, I would prefer a reef ready tank with a stand and canopy that are in good to great shape. If you have one or know of someone who does send me a PM and we can talk.

My plan is once I have the basic three I will begin to add a sump, skimmer, lights and the rest.... He will be starting off with softies and such so top of the line equipment wont be a requirement unless he decides he wants to do it correctly the first time.

Thanks, Mike

Nevermind, It looks like the 120G is a 6ft tank not a 4x2x2.

DING DING DING.....you did read my post OK OK Just kidding with ya but I have received 20 PM's about 125 gallon tanks 6 footers and not one 120 Gallon tank 4 footers. Heck if he had room for a 6 footer he would have a 300.......

Understand where you are coming from because I had the exact same problem when I was upgrading from the 125 to the 180. There was 6 inches less clearance between the tank and the kitchen table. This was a real issue especially since I have gained a lot of weight I was no longer going to be able to sit at the kitchen table. The problem was finally resolved by moving the table. LOL

It may not help but I have a brand new (never had water in it, been sitting in my room since summer) 40B drilled with a 700gph overflow and a 29g tall sump (has a hood and a t8 light i think) with no baffles/pvc. I also have a 6x39 nova extreme pro t5 with 4 brand new bulbs and 2 2 month old bulbs. I'm asking $420 for all of it.
