Can’t figure out what these things are maybe you guys could help

I can see one and it’s some all white thing I’m thinking it’s probably some kind of snail it has 2 long tentacles or whiskers antenna whatever they are and that’s all ik but it seems to be living inside that coral only one seems to be on the outside a little tried to get good pictures thanks guys

I can't see it. Are the whiskers coming out of a sandy tube? Or some kind of tube?

But now that I look at it it could be a tube but it def goes inside the coral has 2 whiskers that come out and the tube going into the coral has some little white creature on the inside

It does have those same whiskers as it but I’m not sure it is as it’s growing inside the coral and there’s a lot of them now look like a small hole or tube that goes inside the coral in which it lives and send those whisker things out to feed and when it’s time to eat it come out of the tube a little so tiny it’s hard to see I’m gonna see if I could get a way better picture but it seem they may have even spread onto the rocks hmm

Not sure of what species but I've heard reports of this behavior, some worms have tunnels directly imbedded in the coral skeleton. Not sure if they land there and the corals grow around them or if they actually tunnel in the coral, or maybe both. They do not feed on the coral its self.

Better pictures might be if it is it seemed like where polyps had died it used as it’s tunnel crazy

very interesting, seems to be a bit of an oppurtunist when it comes to real estate. Definitely a Spionid worm. I wonder when the coral recovers if it will smother the worms
