Can’t link Apex

I’ve been trying forever to link my apex to my account and nothing seems to work. It’s Stuck on the orange light.

Which model of Apex? The process is very different for the current Apex (2016) and Apex-EL than it was for the Apex Classic and older models. Also, is this a new from the box Apex, or did you purchase it second-hand? That also makes a difference. If you bought it used, read this FAQ:

Just the normal one, not the EL one. It’s brand new, I got it today.
