Ok. So I picked this up a while ago but I have NO idea what it is. It appears to be red on old growth and green on new growth but the transition is very sharp. At first I thought the color difference was due to direct or indirect light but that doesn't seem to be the case. The leading edge of growth is now getting the same lighting as the top area but is staying green.

Here's another picture. I can see how it kind of looks like a closed up goni but I don't think it is, it seems to encrust more and it's growing quickly. 20170709_155633.jpg

It looks like your coral has more uniform "tentacles", not circular ones like the coral I posted. It would be interesting to see how it looks color wise once it grows more.

Psammacorra, great color on that as well.

I believe that is it. I would never have guessed it to be an SPS. It looks as if the skin is puffed out enough that it flows. From looking around it looks like a "watermelon Psammocora"

I'd love to see some LARGE grown out colonies.

Thanks for the ID

Looks like a pavona to me
Ah i think that's it. I knew I'd seen if before but just couldn't quite recognize it or remember the name. I knew the polyp shape was familiar but the growth was not. But I'm pretty sure that's right! Thanks.
