So I’ve not added anything into my tank now for around 25 days and I’ve started seeing these little fellas on the rocks and tank window

Are they ok or are they bad if they’re bad how do I get rid of them ?

Also have a weird substance ony rocks looks like snail trail but it’s not
Anyone know what this is?

The banding indicates these are segmented worms (annelids) and are likely juvenile bristle worms. I can tell you that they are NOT parasites, and are not of any concern.

As far as the substance - can't tell you what that is. Is it like clear mucus? Is it another color? I don't suppose it will show in a photo?

Looks like a member of syllidae group and may be a Eusyllinae worm or hesionid in which both are carnivorous

I can't see the clear trail - but often snails leave what looks like a clear trail which is eggs.

So just did a water change and got a better understanding of this substance

It’s clear and hard got a chop stick and sort of poked it to see if it was soft or hard and it’s a hard crusted substance the pic above is in the shape of a worm however the photo below is the same substance but as you can see if centred in the joint of the live rock
