I am pretty sure they are goby eggs. I think engineer gobies lay eggs on the substrate that their tunnel is made out of. It is very possible that a few got blown out and sucked up.

Where the eggs attached to the powerhead? Or just stuck on it due to current?

The eggs were stuck to it from the current. I turned the powerhead off an they came right off.
