On the frag plug there are small redish things that kindof look like flatworms. If anyone can ID this please that would be fantastic so i can take further action if needed. Sorry for the bad pitcure camera refused to focus. They
Look to have a round head at one end and 2 sharp points at the other end.

Looks like flatworms to me. I had a bad infestation, I would not wish them on my worst enemy. Had to freshwater dip the whole tank and change substrate and finally treated with chemical to get rid of them. If it’s just a few I would treat them right away

Acoel flatworm

They don’t seem to bother any corals in my tank. They are an eyesore though. Try to siphon them out with airline tubing. I’ve tried to swipe them off the glass with my finger but I think that makes them worse! Cut/squished worms just make more!
