Look like small feather dusters.. Can you get a closer pic. Are they feathery or stringy at the end where they crown out? If not feathery they could be spagetti worms.

I thought they might be feather dusters at first since the color on the feather part was similar but they pulse. I've never had a featherduster pulse are there any that do? I was worried they might be a type of hydroid
