Tough to see clearly, but it is probably a California round ray, Urobatis halleri. They are pretty common in the pet trade.

California Round Ray (Urobatis halleri) - your picture isn’t very clear but I agree with other poster that it probably is California Round Stingray. I am attaching stock photo for comparison. Hope this helps.
