Most promising images from google seem to look most like Blastomussa or micromussa.
I’m finding blastomussa that look practically identical online, but they seem a little puffier. But could just been that mine didn’t open up yet properly

And yes it seems that there’s some sort of skeletal structure behind the softer front.

I’ll update in a few days :)
