Can anyone identify this

I noticed a small orange clear jelly looking egg it was one now it’s 4 it’s not cyano it’ almost looks like it’s encrusting the rocks is it snail eggs I have some plenty of trochus snails and bumble bee snails 2 peppermint shrimp is something laying eggs is it flat worm eggs ?
