Can anyone tell me whats up with this nem?

I have had this rose bubble tip over 3 months and it is just not doing well. It moves a lot and is usually deflated. When I got it it looked fine for probably a month then it's been a slow progression to what it is now.
System is a little over 8 months old

Might like 1.024 better that's what I run my reef at. Looks real unhappy how bright are your lights running.

Do u have other corals I would turn your lights down as much as u can just to let the thing rest and feed it if possible.
