Can Astrea snails reproduce in a tank?

Noticed this little fellow in my 25 Lagoon (he's about 1/2" across) and later noticed 20-30 tiny snails. Both have a white foot like Astreas and the same antennae as well. I've had Trochus spawn successfully in my big tank but never Astreas.

Easily especially if the water temp is cooler in the 75 deg range
