Can I use Kessil H160 Tuna Flora - LED tov grow lemons?

I used to have a refugium where I used Kessil light. I don't use it anymore, but I need a light to store my lemons during the winter. Could I use this light? I plan to have them in a pretty dark room with a temperature set to 15 degrees celsius (about 60 F).

Should be fine. Kessil was, after all, a horticulture company before a reefing company from my understanding.
