Can nonmotile Phytoplankton still bounce or slightly move.

I bought some Phyto that was sold as Nannochloropsis which is apparently nonmotile. I understand they will not be propelling themselves around the slide or moving quickly like other microorganisms. However, if you look at this video below, it does appear they are all indeed moving at same time in different directions. This indicates to me that they’re alive and moving ever so slightly despite being nonmotile. I’m not expert, so please give me your thoughts.

random brownian motion or unseen motile organisms could explain the wiggles seen.
