Can Six Line Wrasse’s Carry Ich?

Just wondering if Six Line Wrasses can carry Ich? I read that because they have a thick mucus layer that they’re immune to carrying ich. Is there any truth to this?

I’ve never heard of this. Would be cool if it were true.

Yes it's entirely possible for a 6 line to carry ich. The same is said for clowns mucus layer, but I've seen them get it.
