Can someone help me ID this tiny worm and bugs

I'm not sure what the tiny worm is. I have a few on the glass and these tiny white bugs that move very slowly. This was after a recent algea outbreak and I'm treating the system with fluconazole. Do you guys know what these are and what I should do.

More than likely they are pods but it is hard to tell without a close up of them

Thanks for the help. I have tried googling what they are but I can't find anything. I'm assuming they are harmless filter feeders because they don't really look like flat worms.
