Looks like some sort of snake eel, but the picture is blurry and the video doesn’t work for me.
Turns out it is an eel blenny.

But this new pic is snake eel right?

How about this one? Sorry for asking. Looking for the right eel lol
Haha, I don't mind - any chance of clearer pics of this one? It's not as distinctive as the Napoleon.

If not, some potential candidates for what it might be:
-Uropterygius xanthopterus
-Gymnothorax polygonius
-Gymnothorax zonipectis

What kind of eel are you looking for?
Any that is nice to look at and moderate difficulty. Eel lover since I was a kid. of course It just depends what is available where I am at. And the local store who imports marine fish worldwide tend to not know the proper names lol. I myself am not familiar with every eel.

I have a snowflake moray and a jeweled moray in my tank. Both are amazing eels! On the smaller side. Whats your tank set up? Maybe I can help recommend an eel based on size, fish and other stuff in there

I am up for any eel really. But I just wanna have 2 small ones for now cuz only have a 100g for my predator tank. But of course my choices are at the mercy of whatever the fishermen catches(they export the fishes around the world, and have lots of clients in US petshops they said).

Smallest moray eel will be about 2 feet as an adult. Snowflake and chain links are this size, same with the jeweled moray I have!

Yeah, there are a handful of morays smaller than that, but I think I've only ever seen one in the trade - so two feet is the smallest I would reasonably expect.

Yep! Only other one I know of is the dwarf golden moray but those are so rare and expensive!

Ah, I remember I saw one other species once recently (this is the only time I've ever heard of another species of small eel entering the hobby):
