Can someone ID this white blemish on my tang?

I had this tang for about 2 weeks. Super active, looks healthy, no issues personality wise but he was a white blemish the size of a pea on his side by his tail. No other marks or spots, just localized to this place. It also looks like it’s starting to come through the other side too, so looks like it’s going through the fish? Hope it isn’t inch but doesn’t look like imo (looks more localized) and looks like he isn’t itching at all or anything. Sorry for the poor pics, he is super camera shy

edit: in the pictures it looks like he has more white spots but it’s just the lighting. His body other than this one spot is perfect and no marks

Pics are very dark in blue and hard to assess what it is
Please provide pics and even video under white lighting
