Can someone ID

So this was sent to me from a LFS. They said it came from Africa as a soft coral. It didn't specify what it was and they don't know what it is. I seen it in person and loved it it purr white like bright white. What is it

Is it just not happy or not adapted to their tank yet because doesn't show polyps all open like i see in pictures

It's not in my tank it's in their tank. Idk what their lighting or flow but they have everything from sps to softies in the tank

I am not sure if that is a Kenya tree I have never heard of one that is bright white.
