How long has it looked like this?

Any more pictures? It is hard to tell, but it looks bleached. Are there any other nems in the tank?

This is the only men. It keeps scurrying into dark places even if I force it into the light. It has been like this for 2 weeks now

Bleached out nem. Can you feed it mysis shrimp? If so, you should start doing that and leave it where it wants to wander.

Also, it's still moving. It moved out of the light again into a crevasse. This is frustrating

It seems to be moving to low light, low flow areas. Would that help it survive?

You thaw some mysis in a cup with tank water, then use tweezers to hand feed the nem. That is how I do it and they love it. I also don't like waste so spot feeding like this makes less waste.

Maybe the light is too much for the nem and it just needs a break. The nem is still getting light when hiding in the rocks as you can see it. Just a lot less than direct light.

I also see some color in the tips so don't give up on it just yet.

It's probably acclimating to your tank/lights.

I don't see any melting/rotting parts. It's just bleached. As long as it moves around, it means it's still alive. But if you see it's mouth often for a long period of times (and looks melting), get ready to take him out.

I have the same problem with anemones, constantly moving and hiding in the rocks. Probably still klimatizirva :(
