Can torch corals eat small fish?

Hi

Just thought id ask, about a month ago i realised that my green clown goby was no where to be seen. This happened around the same time i added a torch coral. Could it have eatten him? He seemed very healthy and was eatting but then vanished.
 
They can but the fish would have been really sick and swam into the torch or died and landed in it
