Can we no longer edit thread titles?

I used to be able to click here:

And edit my thread title. It would allow me to do things like add a "Sold" label. This is no longer available. Is this a bug or a perminant change?

I still have it on my build thread
it says edit thread and the tittle is there

I'm not sure if there is some exception with sale threads, but if they work like a normal thread I believe you are only able to edit a post for a certain amount of time, unless you are a supporting member.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
