Can you help me identify this algae thing?

Hi, I was just looking at my tank, and I noticed this white film looking algae in small patches all over my tanks glass?

I know the picture isn’t the greatest, but you can kinda see what I’m talking about, it’s those small white patched. PS..I don’t have a light yet, and I only have three fish for my 20 gallon.

Also, I’ve tried cleaning my glass, and it keeps coming back.
