Can you recommend a beginner point and click camera?

I'm thinking I might get a simple point and click for in-tank/underwater shots. It would be nice if I could take it with me when I go diving and spearfishing as well. I'd prefer something around the $150 range with a max of $200 if it's really worth while. Thanks
 
I use a Fuji Film Finepix AX for all my photos.I can get decent photos using the macro and white balance settings.
