Canary blenny's?

Hey guys, I recently saw a canary blenny at my lfs, I almost bought it but then the employee helping me told me that they can sting and potentially kill fish. Does anyone have any experience with them?

I don’t know how bad they are with fish but I’ve seen someone get bite on their finger and it was swollen for the afternoon and still slightly the next day. No I’ll effects though.
