In our tank we have 7 heads of neon green candycane coral and one purple and blue one. The purple and blue on looks great. the green ones look like they are getting covered in diatoms best way to put it. They are pale, starting to look grey. Not sure what is going on with them. I had moved them down lower in the tank last week when I noticed it and still looking the same so I placed them on their own rock and put it under a ledge with indirect light to see if they come back to color. I feed twice a week with reef roids and they seem to eat them but I never see their feeder tenticles come out at night. The purple one we have once.
I am at a loss with these corals. 65 gal, with a photon v2 light set to max at 25 percent sitting 12 inches above the water. I am almost certian the PAR is very low for where they were.
