Cannot connect Wifi for my P4

Hello,

I had successfully connected the wifi and myGHL in my P4 for awhile. However, after I rebooted my router, I was no longer to connect wifi in my P4.
I try to reboot my P4 and save the wifi setting again but it’s still no singal light in my P4 neither in the GCC too.

The strange thing is my LX7200’s wifi mode is working but it cannot connect to myGHL..no tick in my GCC..

*Both are in the lastest wifi module firmware.

What should I do?

Is your P4 showing up on your router? I use a mesh router for my home and AmpliFi If I have an issue I go in and check with the iPhone app what the IP address for my Profilux is and then go into GCC and make sure it is set there. Many times its the router causing the problem

Are you using any port forwarding? I had similar issue after upgraded the firmware to 715, and by removing the port forwarding and redo the WiFi setup, everything back to normal.
